The unique technique of shamanic healing from Nepal includes traditional healing rituals combined with tantric knowledge. I practice in the tradition of Kedar Upreti from Kathmandu, a seventh generation shaman. These techniques have been perfected over centuries and are therefore very effective..

What happens during a shamanic healing?
Shamanic healing involves certain ancient Nepalese rituals that affect the soul and the energies associated with it. These rituals include mantra recitations, the offering of flowers, fruits etc., fire rituals and techniques to purify the kundalini energy.
They are quite traditional in detail, but truly universal in their entirety. The Nepalese techniques have not been modernized as far as possible, as they have stood the test of time for many generations. By removing negative connections through our energy body and at soul level, with the support of tailored rituals, we achieve a holistic approach.
How does shamanic healing help?

Shamanic healing is not an exact science with a guaranteed outcome, but successful results are often achieved for certain physical and mental/emotional problems:
- Mental/emotional: excessive anger, habitual anxiety, depression and manic depression, nervousness, sleep problems, anorexia and bulimia, burnout, chronic fatigue, schizophrenia, strange visions, hearing voices, recurring nightmares, alcohol and other addictions, meditation and concentration disorders, etc.
- Physical (Problem should at best relate to a spiritual or emotional problem): headaches, nerve pain (neuralgia), back pain, skin problems, digestive problems, dizziness, nausea, palpitations, etc
What can I expect from a shamanic healing?
It is not necessary to believe in these things for shamanic healing to work, as long as you are somewhat open to it. Most cases only need one healing, rarely 2 or 3 sessions are needed to resolve the problem.
No significant side effects occur during a healing session and all other treatments can be continued without any problems. On an energetic level, negative energies are removed and the Nadi system is cleansed through alignment with Kundalini energy. During the removal, there may be short-term restlessness in body and mind, which quickly settles down again.
The only rule is that you should not take any anesthetics on the same day as the healing until you are unconscious.
As a rule, the desired results are achieved during the first remote healing session. More than 2-3 remote healings are not recommended, as the problem cannot be solved in this way. Shamanic healing at a distance or on site is generally recommended once in a lifetime.

By working as a shaman alongside my full-time job, I can offer shamanic healings on a donation basis. In the Nepalese tradition, shamans were primarily farmers and performed shamanic healings without any interest in receiving anything in return. Even though this tradition may seem outdated today, it is very important for me to uphold it without compromise.
I perform the healings on site in Cologne. If you would like a shamanic healing at your location, the travel costs and possible overnight stay would have to be covered. A maximum of five people can attend a healing session. At the same time, I reserve the right to decline requests if a session is not helpful from my point of view at that time.
