Seit 2005 lerne ich bei Peter Marchand Bhakti Yoga, Jnanna Yoga und Tantra Yoga. Meine tägliche Praxis besteht aus Ritualen und Mantra Meditation. Im Jahr 2020 lernte ich zusätzlich spirituelle Heilung in der Tradition aus Nepal von Kedar Upreti. Über viele Jahre habe ich einen Sinn und meinen Weg gesucht. Diesen fand ich in mir selbst durch die Praxis der Meditation. Die Effektivität meiner spirituellen Praxis messe ich nicht nur an meiner inneren Zufriedenheit, sondern auch einer Verbesserung meines alltäglichen Lebens wie auf meiner Arbeit, meinem privaten Leben und dem Umgang mit anderen Menschen. Es gibt kein spirituelles und ein materielles Leben, voneinander getrennt. Es gibt nur dieses Leben und es beinhaltet alles was wir brauchen um glücklich zu sein.
