Physical effect of the Gayatri Mantra

By chanting aloud, we address the body even more through the sounds of the mantra. These have an effect on our nadis in the body and cleanse them. The different tones hit many points in our body and thus create balance. A mantra is total balance in itself and can therefore be used mentally and physically to initiate healing and spiritual processes.
